President

John oversees all aspects of operations including new business development, risk and rate evaluations, product reviews and customer relations. With more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, including more than 10 years in the medical insurance underwriting and executive management arena, John established his agency career with a vision to enhance insurance carrier competition in the state of South Carolina. Previously, John worked as Director of Underwriting and, later, Vice President of a South Carolina-based insurance company. He also served as Vice President of AtlantiCare Risk Management (Vienna, VA), where he oversaw operations and risk management, risk analysis, underwriting, reinsurance and product development.

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Endeavor Insurance Services, Rod is responsible for all accounting and finance elements of the business, as well as the company's statutory compliance. With more than a decade of financial experience, Rod began his career as an accountant for Liberty Life in Greenville, SC. His background includes working as an Internal Audit Services Consultant with Ernst & Young and later serving as Controller for Employers Life Insurance Corporation (Spartanburg, SC ), where he oversaw the preparation and analysis of financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable and claims funding. In addition, he served as an internal liaison on regulatory matters and managed Advantage Plan Services, LLC, an affiliated start-up company owned by the parent organization. Rod is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
